  • We have a 30 days policy, if 30 days past from your purchase unfortunately the item cannot be replaced or refund
  • We will replace or refund your item in case we made a misspelling mistake, or in case we sent the incorrect items, please note the replacement will be the exact the same item and personalization you made in the original order, we cannot send a replacement in a different color from the original order, or with a different personalization, please send us a picture of the incorrect item for the quality purpose and that way we can make the replacement process
  • We will send a replacement, NOT A REFUND in case the item arrived damaged, please note the replacement will be the exact same item, same color and the same personalization you made in the original order, we cannot send a replacement in a different color from the original order, or with a different personalization, please send us a picture of the incorrect item for the quality purpose and that way we can make the replacement process
  • If we made a mistake on your order, we will refund or replace withing 30 days from purchased, after this period unfortunately we can no longer send a refund or replacements
  • We are not responsible if you order with mistakes like misspellings, ordering the wrong color, and placing the incorrect order quantity please check the spelling, color, quantity and item before placing your order, we will not refund or replace in case you made a mistake
  • We are not responsible if you place the order using a wrong shipping address or incomplete and the order gets lost, we will not replace or refund if you place the order with the wrong address.
  • you can only cancel an order if it was not already shipped, unfortunately after shipping we are unable to cancel the order
  • We are not responsible for carrier delates; however we will send a refund or replacement in case carrier made a mistake and lost your order
  • We will gladly accept not personalized items back, and we will refund or exchange if the item still on the 30 days window from purchased, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards are not returnable
